From R.H. Blyth:
“However long or short your life is, it is a complete one. Whether the wind comes from the heat of the sun or the coolness of the moon, it is the wind; to fill every moment of a life with living, that is to be like the lily, the plant and flower of Light:
In small proportions we just beauties see;
And in short measures life may perfect be.”
And as so often illustrated in Star Trek episodes, the non-corporeal beings relish the sensations of physicality, to feel the wind, and the rain, and the intake and outflow of breath, so that joy is the result of simply Being.
